Entirely developed, produced and assembled in the Haute Horlogerie workshops of Chopard and launched during Chopard’s 150th anniversary in 2010, the LUC 05.01-L caliber is a concentration of watchmaking talent and the illustration of all the expertise patiently acquired by Chopard. Manufacture since its founding in 1996. This hand-wound micromechanical masterpiece, made up of 516 components, has two sets of two barrels (Chopard Quattro technology), which gives it a power reserve of one week. It has a set of exceptional astronomical complications on both sides and presents a total of 14 complications. The cage of its tourbillon, fitted with a Phillips terminal curve hairspring, and its exclusive Variner balance guarantee it a degree of precision confirmed by its chronometer certification issued by the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC). The extreme care taken in its design and finish, as well as the place where it is adjusted and assembled, allow it to bear the prestigious Poinçon de Genève.
